Canceling an order

In the case of
general items

As a rule, at this website we don't allow customers to cancel orders or return items once they have been prepared for shipping even if the customer's personal circumstances have changed.
However, some items can be canceled if done before the shipping preparations are complete.

You can cancel your order

[To customers who use a credit card]
・When the package is being back-ordered, or during the preparation before shipping.

You can NOT cancel your order during the following times.
・11:55~13:00 (JST)
・1:55~3:00 (JST)

You cannot cancel your order

[To customers who use a credit card]
・When the package shipment preparations have finished, or when it has already been shipped

In the case of
items ordered in advance

To cancel items ordered in advance you have 7 full days to contact us. However, if you contact us after this 7 day period, no matter what the reason may be, you won't be able to cancel your pre-ordered item. Furthermore, if your pre-ordered item is already in the status of "being prepared for shipment" or "shipped", you won't have 7 days to cancel your order. Your understanding is appreciated.

If you desire to cancel, please take the cancellation procedures via Order History on MyPage after checking the conditions above.

Please notice some items may not be able to cancel. Know more on the item pages or MyPage.

Policy on return product/defect product being shipped overseas

"Return product policy"

If the product could not be delivered due to unacceptance/long term absence/incomplete address/etc., the product will be returned to our company warehouse.
Please note in advance that in the case of overseas shipment of the product, we will not provide any refund regarding the payment that you have already made for the payment/shipping cost of the product.

"Policy on exchange of defect product"

If you received a defect product upon delivery, we will exchange it with a good product within 7 days from the delivery date of said defect product. Please note that we will not accept your request for return product/exchange upon passing of said 7 days.
If you identified a defect on the product or wrong product, please contact us through the inquiry form by filling out your name, order number, and description of defect.

  • (1)Exchange policy
    As our company’s product exchange policy, our site will pay for the shipping cost to exchange the defect product. The exchange product will be shipped through EMS.
  • (2)Refund policy
    If we cannot find a product in the warehouse that can be exchanged, we will provide you with a refund.

Return product policy

It will be limited to damaged product/stained product/defect product.
If you received a defect product upon delivery, we will exchange it with a good product within 7 days from the delivery date of said defect product. Please note that we will not accept your request for return product/exchange upon passing of said 7 days.

Please make sure to check the product condition upon arrival.
(Please also play DVD/CD etc. on a device to make sure it functions properly)
Please keep the statement of delivery/package until the failure is identified on the product.

If you identified a failure on the product, please contact us through the inquiry form by filling out your name, order number, and description of defect. As our company’s product exchange policy, our site will pay for the shipping cost to exchange the defect product.

If we cannot find a product in the warehouse that can be exchanged, we will provide you with a refund.
Please note that we may not accept exchange or return product, if we cannot identify a failure on the product upon inspecting the product that has been returned by the customer.

Following conditions will not be covered under our return policy
  • Object that has been opened/used after the product has been delivered (It will exclude the opening of package to check the failure)
  • Even if fault was found on the product such as wrong product, defect product etc., if customer used/consumed said product by having a knowledge about said fault, then said product will not be covered under this policy
  • Product whereby scar and stain were caused by the fault of customer Exchange/return due to the circumstance of customer such as wanting different product, size, color, specification, etc.
  • Exchange/return product based on customer purchasing a wrong product (title/artist/recorded songs/benefit/device that require a specific player/size/color/specification/etc.)
  • Not being able to play the product on PC, game device, car stereo etc. that correspond to CD/DVD/etc.

Cooling-off

"Cooling-off" is a system employed in telemarketing and door-to-door selling, but mail-order sales are not obliged to follow it. At our website we don't use a cooling-off system since we provide our customers with access to mail-order sales. We ask you to be aware of this in advance.
